The apartment was renovated in 2017. Both bathrooms - 1 x with shower, 1 x with bathtub - are new (incl. concealed pipes, tiles, cisterns, fans, etc.). The floors in the entrance area, both bathrooms and the kitchen have been tiled with high-quality porcelain stoneware. Real oak parquet flooring was laid in the other rooms.
The layout of the rooms is very good and variable. The 34 sqm living room with its full-length window front and view of the beautiful garden is beautiful and bright. All other rooms also have large windows, even the bathroom and kitchen, and are wonderfully bright. Glazed screens above the doors let in even more light.
The 35 sqm garden (including 11 sqm terrace) was professionally and beautifully redesigned in 2018. It faces south, is also unobstructed from the east and west and cannot be seen from outside.
In 2022, the entire window front to the garden was renewed.

Leopoldstraße is 15 minutes away by bus 154 and the airport can be reached by car in 25 minutes and by bus and S8 in around 45 minutes.
The A8 (München/Freimann junction) can be reached in around 10 minutes, as can the A94 and the München Süd junction (A8) in around 20 minutes.
The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. Younger people appreciate the proximity to stores and restaurants, while older people enjoy the quiet atmosphere.
